Unfortunately this is the best image I have of the headlight before I painted it. As you can see, it is a combination of materials; Plastic, brass, and abs. I got the proportions for the head light from the xerox image of the 1923 Lanakila. I could not find a headlight anywhere that was close to the dimensions I need much less the style. It is hard to tell from the proto image I have exactly what the head light looks like. So mine is an approximation. The only thing I know with 99% certainty is that it scales out to about 7/8 of an inch. I have some brass tubing left over from another project that is 7/8". I solder a piece of shim stock to the back of the tube and epoxied the number boards, the mount and that thing on the top to the head light.
